Privacy Policy

C&B - Cheap & Best Movers - Miami (C&B, we, us) operates movers.miami. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. If anything here is unclear, email leads@movers.miami. What we collect: when you ask us for a moving estimate, by form or by phone, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses or zip codes, your move date, and a description of what you are moving. We also collect basic technical data when you browse the site, such as your IP address and pages viewed, through standard analytics. Why we collect it: we use your information for one purpose, to respond to your request for moving estimates and to arrange those estimates. That includes contacting you about your move and introducing you to licensed Florida moving companies who can quote the job.

If you give us your mobile number, C&B may text you about your move. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us; we do not send recurring marketing campaigns. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and HELP for help. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, text-messaging opt-in data or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The licensed moving companies we introduce you to may contact you by phone or email about the estimate you requested. They do not receive consent to text you, and we do not provide your mobile number to anyone for text marketing.

Licensed moving partners: to get you quotes, we pass your move details and contact information to a small number of licensed Florida moving companies, as described at the point where you submit your request. They may call or email you about your estimate. Service providers: companies that host the website, deliver our email, and carry our phone calls and text messages, acting on our instructions. When the law requires it: if we are legally compelled to disclose information. We never sell your information to data brokers or list sellers. How long we keep it: we keep estimate requests for as long as needed to serve you and to keep business records, and then delete them. Your choices: you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing leads@movers.miami. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link or replying to the email. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA by the same email; we do not sell personal information as that term is defined there. Children: the site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Changes: if we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
