movers.miami is operated by C&B - Cheap & Best Movers - Miami (C&B, we, us). What this service is: movers.miami is a free quote and referral service for people moving in and around Miami. You tell us about your move, and we arrange estimates from licensed Florida moving companies. We are a referral service. C&B does not perform the move itself; the moving company you choose contracts with you directly and is responsible for the work, the price it quotes, and its own licensing and insurance. No charge to you: our service is free to the person requesting estimates. We are paid by the moving companies we refer work to. Estimates: quotes you receive are estimates from third-party movers, based on the information you provide. They are not binding on us, and final pricing is set by the moving company that performs the job.
Text messaging program
Program description, frequency, cost, opt-out, help, carriers and consent.
Program: C&B sends text messages to people who ask us for a moving estimate, either by submitting the form on movers.miami or by calling our published business number. Messages are conversational and relate to your move request: confirming details, arranging estimates, and answering questions. Message frequency: varies with your conversation. This is not a recurring marketing campaign. Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages. How to opt out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. How to get help: reply HELP, or email leads@movers.miami. Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent: by submitting the estimate form or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from C&B at the number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Acceptable use, liability and contact
What you may not do on the site, and the limits of our responsibility.
Acceptable use: do not use the site to submit false requests, other people's information without their permission, or anything unlawful. Limitation of liability: the site and the referral service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, C&B is not liable for losses arising from your move, from a moving company's work, or from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
